Cross-section Analysis
Cross-section analysis is a detection method that verifies manufacturing processes and failure analysis by observing the cross-sectional structure of samples. It is mainly used in manufacturing industries such as PCB/PCBA and electronic components.

Key points of detection requirements

Testing requirements:
The sample is cast with a specially made liquid resin, and after it solidifies, it is cut and ground. Finally, it is observed under a metallographic microscope to observe the microstructure and morphology of different components in the cross-section, as well as the bonding of the solid coating or solder joints and connection parts.
